There are different forms of music depending on the inclusion and absence of any of the elements. These forms of music are called genres of music.

Music just like sports is a universal bond with a large amount of inclination to music irrespective of its genre because there is always that one song that when heard, triggers emotional and psychological response depending on the emotional attachment to the song. The deep and ardent connection people have with music has made music an essential tool in benefitting our mental health resulting in health experts calling for music therapy to be more widely incorporated and imbibed into healthcare settings.
